About Teddy Sanchez

Teddy Sanchez is a builder, founder and technical operator who has spent roughly two decades solving problems where hardware, software and real-world systems intersect.

Much of that experience was forged inside automated retail and connected physical systems — electronics, payment systems, motors, machines, software, communications, manufacturing and field deployment. It's the space where technology leaves the lab and has to keep working in the real world: in a hallway, in a cafeteria, under load, at 2am.

The systems have changed over time. Machines became connected platforms. Hardware became software. Software became data. Data increasingly became AI. The approach stayed the same.
